At The Neurodiversity Network, we believe in the power of mentorship to unlock meaningful, sustainable careers for neurodivergent individuals. As a mentor, you’ll play a crucial role in guiding and supporting neurodivergent adults as they navigate the world of work, sharing your expertise and lived experience to help them achieve their goals.
What is the NDN Mentoring Program?
The NDN Mentoring Program is a voluntary initiative designed to connect experienced professionals with neurodivergent mentees. The program runs twice per year, each cohort lasting 12 weeks. During this time, mentors commit to delivering 6 hours of mentoring, either through 12 x 30-minute sessions or 6 x 1-hour sessions. Our mentors have the unique opportunity to shape the careers of neurodivergent individuals, offering guidance, support, and insight from their own experiences.

Complete your mentor profile
Fill out your mentor profile to be displayed in the NDN Career Hub.
Join the Mentors community
Once registered, you’ll be added to the Mentors community in The Neurodiversity Network, where you can connect with other mentors and access additional resources.
Prepare for the cohort
Before the cohort begins, you’ll have the opportunity to review mentee profiles and submit your preferences for who you’d like to mentor.
